AGM Registration

The voting membership fee is $20 per person. This is eligible for an official donation receipt.
You are still welcome to attend the AGM without being a member.

If paying by e-Transfer, cheque, or cash, please complete the Top form (“register to vote [e-transfer, cheque, cash]). One form should be filled out per person, though couples/families are welcome to pay as a group. 

If paying by credit card (with instant donation receipt), please fill out the Bottom form (register to vote by credit card). Either of these forms will also count as your membership form.

The registration deadline is Sunday, March 29 at 1 pm (but earlier is easier for us!).
